I have volunteered to walk 20km’s through the streets of London alongside a fantastic group of friends and one special unicorn, to raise awareness and support for those fighting against MS.
Not very long ago, a good friend of mine was diagnosed with MS. Around 100,000 people in the UK endure this condition which affects the central nervous system, and when diagnosed, will accompany that person for life.
Leading up to, and after her diagnosis, this friend has stood head-to-toe with this disease and never taken a step back. To see her tackle MS with such bravery, dignity, and to always be the most optimistic person in the room is inspiring. Her partner also needs a special mention as we know he will be there beside her every step of the way.
You can help by donating easily and securely at my Just Giving Page and support the Multiple Sclerosis Society lead the charge against this disease.
On the 25th September 2016, I undertake a 20km MS Walk through the streets of London alongside her a band of awesome friends to promote awareness of MS, and to raise money to the Multiple Sclerosis Society. The Multiple Sclerosis Society lead the charge in supporting those affected and searching for a cure.
